The Oxford Integrated GP-Cardiology Model (OIGC) was born from a simple observation: patients were waiting too long for specialist care that could be effectively delivered in the community.
Established by a coalition of Senior Cardiologists and GPs from Oxford University Hospitals, our model transforms the traditional referral pathway into a collaborative ecosystem.
